Let your hair down, unwind or dance till the wee hours of the morning. The thumping live music is what makes this place one of the most popular in St. Louis. The centre of attraction are the two performers on baby-grand pianos. The crowd often rocks till 3a and don't be surprised if your waiter gets into the mood and shows off a few moves of his own. This is not a congested space, so you'll find ample room by the two bars and alfresco dinner seating.
Big Bang was very disappointing, especially with all the good reviews - maybe an off night. The piano players were just going through the motions. They didn't interact well with each other, didn't sing well, and weren't funny. The sound system and atmosphere were lacking. Overall, not fun and wouldn't recommend.
This place is awesome. I went for a party and we had nothing but a great time. I expected a sea of blue hair and stuffy piano players but found a party atmosphere with cold beer and fun people. I am planning to return for my birthday! For a night out you won't want to hop away from this bar. This is a place you want to stay.
Don't go to this place if you don't get along well with others or don't like loud music, or loud bad singers. The other patrons are literally sitting elbow to elbow with you, we were lucky and were next to awesome people. This is an audience interactive piano bar...you won't have fun if you just sit there.
this was awesome. co workers and i from ALL over the US stopped in for a nite of fun and relaxation. we stayed out way tooooo late that was the only down fall, cause we were having way too much fun.
so if you want a happening place. GO GO GO
This was THE MOST FUN and ENTERTAINING place in St Louis...The talent that is shown by each keyboardist is extradionary!! A GREAT time was had by all who were there this evening...can't wait to tell EVERYONE..
Terrible attitude and service. Bar tender didn't know what they were doing. Didn't know how to make a martini and my mojito didn't have mint or sugar.
Staff has terrible attitude and was rude. $6 cover is not worth snippy attitude from a staff who don't know what they're doing.
There are other bars on the landing. Enjoy those and avoid big bang and the stuck up attitude of this place.
This is an awesome piano bar. Great music preformed by great musicians. It's an all around good time. My friends and I won't go to STL without making a trip to see the Big Bang Gang! You picked a fine time to leave me Lucille (Just go, then you'll understand!).
