Ok, so IHOP is IHOP. Nothing too different between an IHOP in one city versus another city. I'm rating this one as excellent because of a situation that occurred. On one occasion the waiter put the drinks right in front of my 1 year old. You know the outcome. I left and called the restaurant when I got home. Sharon, the general manager, was extremely helpful. She was even there on a return trip and apologized then too. This is how businesses should operate. When something doesn't meet a high quality standard, situations need to be rectified.
