Diego's Pizza, Santa Rosa

James runs a good establishment and tries very hard to satisy all his customers. Shoulda went and asked them to fix it...they would have. Some of the employees are very nice unfornutaly naomi wasn't one of them.

While some of the items on the menu were okay, the service was not only unacceptable, but insulting. I had placed an order via phone with a friend in which he ordered hot wings, extra wet. (We had later found out that) The employee didn't understand what "extra wet" meant, and instead of asking me to explain simply said Okay and that they would be extra wet. Delivery was nice and quick, then my friend tried his wings which not only were simply lightly dusted with powder, but had no extra sauce whatsoever, and were soggy and inedible according to him. He then contacted the store to leave feedback and had the pleasure of dealing with a belligerent manager. The manager explained that they buy their wings already cooked from a Sam's Club style store and reheat them via microwave when ordered. My friend replied that they really shouldn't be billing full price for their wings if that's the case, to which the manager replied, "Oh, so you're a professional cook are you?" Gambled and lost, as my friend was exactly that. In response the manager told him to go cook his own wings then, at which point my friend wasn't going to waste anymore time on the call. I can't say anything bad about the delivery or pizza, but this service is more than enough to warrant a 1-star regardless. I now have the fun task of tracking down the franchise owner.

We were staying at La Quinta, and seen the ad on the key card so we ordered the pizza thinking we were getting just another pizza, but we all ended up LOVING the pizza so much that we are all looking forward to coming back through Santa Rosa to get some more Diego's. And got a really good deal on two medium pizza's for less than $20 with a coupon.
