A longtime favorite of area locals and island visitors, this eatery has become the Thai mainstay of Kailua-Kona. Perched on a hillside along Kuakini Highway mauka (inland) of Alii Drive, this contemporary and stylish eatery is a more authentic than any other Thai restaurant. The family owned restaurant is warm and inviting, and the menu offers several authentic dishes including dumplings and a selection of curries that are very flavorful. Portions are easily larger than other similar restaurants. Popular dishes include the beef salad and the pad Thai. It's a great value for authentic Thai. - Lottie Tagupa
Great food not to be missed!
We had red curry with chicken and yellow curry with tofu - hard to say which was more enjoyable! Servers were warm and friendly, though the restaurant got busy (and full) quickly. Luckily we arrived early (5:30pm Saturday) - by the time we finished our dinner, there was room for only 4 more in the main dining room! Seems to be very popular with the locals so play it safe and reserve!
