IHOP Restaurant, Albuquerque

Absolutely amazing!!! On the day of my departure I decided to get a quick bite to eat before making the long drive home to Colorado. As I pulled into the parking lot, i hit the curb and heard a distinct hissing sound. As i got out to check the damage once parked, I noticed an IHOP employee walking in. My tire was completely flat, ruined. I am not too familiar with Albuquerque, and started feeling frustrated & down, as i was going to have to search for a good tire shop, find somebody to tow my vehicle, and pay for the damage; all in a short amount of time to ensure i arrived home before dark. From the minute I walked in the doors, I was greeted by the friendliest faces in the city. As I explained the situation and proceeded to ask for suggestions, the store manager Will (aka MY SAVIOR) explained that he would call a local tire shop. He stated one of his workers was on break and would take the tire off, take it to the shop and that it would be worked on while I had my breakfast. I was SO relieved; even more so when I walked out after my delicious meal and the new tire had already been put back on!! The icing on the cake was the $20.00 (NOT A TYPO!!) invoice. I couldn't believe it!! The food and service alone were some of the best I've had, but the way the staff all went WAY beyond their jobs to help me made what could have been a horrible experience, one of the best experiences I've ever had. I will definitely be going back, I've never received better service ANYWHERE!
