Called "da Paolino" by its regulars, this bar is well known for its funky interior, which displays works of modern art that change from month to month. Its music policy is fairly specific (Drum and Bass, Jungle) and it is also noted for its manager's cocktail-making prowess. It is packed at weekends, which makes getting in and moving around a real achievement!
I was in Verona for business recently and stumbled into a fantastic bar with great ambiance. Rivamancina is just in front of the Adige river and was walking distance from my hotel. The bar tender Michele's drinks have been reviewed by a food and drink critic as the "best mojito in Italy". I don't even like mojitos and his is the only one I LOVE. Great tapas too and a traditional tasty dinner buffet free when you buy a drink.
