Enoteca Cavour 313
Named after the street it is located on, this enoteca has been delighting locals and visitors with a wonderful wine collection, since its establishment in 1979. This famous wine bar has a vast wine list that includes vintage wines and a quality international selection. They offer a tantalizing range of dishes to complement your choice of wine. Classic wine bar food with cheeses, pork meats and salads is an ideal preference. Finish your meal with a sinful dessert from their list.
You won't find a lot of tourists in this wonderful wine bar. Maybe because it's hard to find (it looks like a tiny wine shop from the street). It's full of Romans enjoying the spectacular selection of home-cured prosciutto (from pigs that feed, free-range, on acorns and berries) and imaginative and delicious salads. Not to mention the wine! The food is wonderful, the service excellent (although the servers we had spoke no English), and the value is excellent. Can't recommend Carvour 313 highly enough!
