The Mercado de Sonora is one of the oldest and most traditional markets. A great variety of articles to do with white magic and witchcraft are sold here. You will find items such as coloured candles, effigies of 'Santa Muerte' or 'Santa Isabel' and all kinds of spells and charms written on paper to attract money or love. There is also a wide variety of herbal medicines for sale. This fascinating market is worth exploring, even for sceptics. Parking is available.
