THe food at Fulin's is wonderful. I have been multiple times and always been pleased with the food. THe vast majority of times I have gone, the service was phenomenal. However... We did have one waitress that chased us out of the restaurant demanding a better tip. This is why Fulin's only recieve four out of five stars.
