After many months of planning and saving etc. we finally boarded our Martinair flight from Vancouver , British Columbia (Canada) to Amsterdam in The Netherlands. Martinair is a subsiduary of the famed Dutch airline KLM and we were very pleased with the great service, meals and flight crew personalities. Since this is a Dutch based airline, we felt like we were in Europe as soon as we got on the plane! They served Grolsch beer (Dutch), the flight crew was all Dutch and the general design/vibe of Martinair is very European. We loved everything about it. After a 10 hour transatlantic flight that ...
