Very much in the formative stages of tourist development, Cerocahui gives access to the Urique canyon system and a range of attractions including overlooks, waterfalls and disused mines. The four-hour drive to the bottom of the canyon is stunning, and the town of Urique at its conclusion marks the start (or end) of the popular two-day trek to Batopilas.
