I had lunch there last week. For $6, I got a very good pizza and one of the best salads I've had in a while. The salad dressing was great, not drowned, extra veggies, cold and crisp. Pepperoni pizza w/fresh mushrooms! Service was great too. Only a few tables at the time but Katie and her smile was on it! I know they will get busier as the winter months leave us and the word gets out.
My fiance and I, and another couple went here on a Saturday night, only because there was at least an hour wait at every other resturant in the area. We were seated near the bar and it took forty five and mentioning something to a neighbor that worked there before a server even approached us. Serveral servers walked right by us without talking to us, and even served a couple that was seated after us. We ordered a couple drinks from the bar, which took about twenty minutes to arrive at our table. It was nothing fancy, just a rum and coke, which was awful. How you mess up rum and coke I shall never know. After we finally ordered our food it took another forty five minutes for it to arrive at our table. My fiance ordered the ribs, at the suggestion of someone who worked there. There was one piece that resembled ribs on his plate, the rest was just a shredded meat. I ordered the chicken modiga sandwich. My sandwich was inedible. The chicken was cooked to a crisp, I couldn't even chew it. I could even still taste the alcohol in the wine sauce. The couple with us ordered burgers which they could not finish due to how bad they tasted. How can you mess up a bacon cheese burger? Once we actually got a server, the service was ok, but defintely not good enough to make up for the wait or the terrible and overpriced food. $45 for two people with two drinks from the bar, and I left hungry???!!? Never go here.
This place is a joke, everything is way over priced, takes for ever for the food to arive, and the management needs to go back to business school. Over all I would not recomend anyone eating at this establishment, unless you like to throw money away
Fantastic pizza! Great atmosphere! Friendly staff. Other reviewers need to give it another shot! We take people from out of town since its so unique (also a burger bar). They rave about it! Only complaint is when its busy, its sometimes hard to get a parking spot. You will not be dissapointed.
