Couldn t believe how rude and unprofessional this business owner is. I have never experienced anything like this. My husband and I had hibachi and our daughters ordered the all you can eat sushi. We went through the entire hibachi experience and our daughters had not even received any sushi at this time. We soon realized that their food was not even ordered. They only ordered two sushi rolls each with the expectations of ordering more. After waiting that long they decided not to order more so we asked to speak to the manager. I asked her about changing it over to individual prices since the cost of two sushi rolls would be cheaper and unbelievably she started saying well you got salad and soup which they wouldn t have ordered and never offered anything including an apology. When I stated that any other business owner would have at least apologized for this experience she stated you want an apology well I guess I apologize. I will never go back to this restaurant and make sure I tell everyone else not to as well. This person has no business dealing with the public. If you want a really good sushi experience in Murfreesboro I would recommend Sushin or Samari s. They are both really good, fresh, and the service is just so much better.
DON T eat HERE! I would rather rate no stars!!! The manager would not come to the table to see that the food was over cooked and gross!! Would not give a free meal bc of their mistake. Only took a few dollars off the $15 overcooked hard chicken.
This place is horrible. It is expensive and the waiters are weird. The food takes FOREVER to get to your table. The health department gave them a 61!!! Don't eat here. They also don't apologise or do anything about it if you do get sick from their food they get a manager who tells you their food is fine.
I don't know how they survive. I don't believe anyone who works or owns this place is Japanese. More likely Korean or Chinese. Everything was horrible. I've eaten a lot of Sushi, sashimi, tataki, etc, and this place doesn't do any of the above well. I tried their Mongolian beef, and it was crunchy with sugar. It was embarrassing to know how bad my guests' dishes must have been. Don't go.
I am Japanese and have been eating sushi since I was a small child. Their sushi is awful and servers are so unprofessional. I must say it is one of the worst Asian restaurants which I have dined in this country.
Well I had ate here on 2 prior times and it was ok had a friends mom in from England and they like sushi so figured we would try it. I had the hibachi and they had sushi . The server had very little knowledge of the menue and even told us incorrectly. My food was cole and came with in about 10-15 min of ordering the sushi showed up a little over a hour after my food and then was not even what was ordered and mad different from the menue. No management ever came to our table even though we had asked for someone. I will never go back or will I recomend it
What a disappointment. I called in to go order using the to go menu I picked up at the restaurant. The menu said the Spicy Tuna Roll was made with avocado. When I got home with my order, I discovered it had no avocado and was so dry I could barely swallow it. I called to complain and was told that they didn't have a copy of the to go menu and that the chef said it is not supposed to have avocado. They said they would get a manager to call me back, but surprise, surprise, no one ever did. I'll never go back.
I absolutely love this restaurant! It has become my favorite. The servers are so kind, especially to my little girl. The chefs are friendly and great at their jobs. We always get the chicken hibachi with an extra side of rice and it is more than enough for me and my little girl.
