The reason this place failed miserably is because the owner let his bi-polar wife make decisions that she had absolutely no business making. I bartend to pay for school in which I'm studying business management (getting my masters currently) and had held a job there for as long as I could stand. Mermaids has been in business for a couple decades and has taken over. Why? Because the decisions made by an educated owner, not a trophy wife. Glad to see karma come full circle.
