Ceviche Taqueria is casual Mexican dining in the heart of Historic Roswell. Sit outside on the patio with your chips and salsa, and sip on the best margaritas in town or a variety of flavored mojitos. The must-try dish is its namesake, ceviche, which is raw fish marinated in citrus juice. They offer lime-marinated fish like scallops, shrimp, and Peruvian corvina, or you can opt for a combo of three. If you're sitting inside, ignore the menu and select your meal based upon the specials, written in colorful chalk on chalkboards covering most of the walls. Favorites include the spicy Shrimp a La Diablo and the summery Chicken Mango.
Had to write a review when i saw 3 stars next to this review bc of one person not getting a coconut margarita. Ceviche is one of my fav spots in Historic Roswell. have never had a complaint about the food. My husband loves the seafood tacos and love anything with the chicken but my absolute favorite thing is the house dressing. Crazy i know but when i was pregnant last year i could not go through the area with out stopping for a salad! Lots of great places to eat in Hist. Roswell, but you have to try Ceviche if you havent already!
Used to love this place. Loved the coconut margaritas! But the last 6 times I have been there they were out of coconut milk, and the last 2 times I was there the waitress said they weren't any good. Plus the cleanliness went downhill. It's a shame, I loved this place. I always thought it was funny how they downplayed the coconut margaritas all the time because that's how I got so many people hooked on the place!!! Plus, if you google 'Cocunut Margarita's Atalanta' you'd think Ceviche was known for it. Obviously I miss these things. Tacos are killer, the shrimp ceviche isn't as good as the talapia. The salsa's are good, but guac is a bit to garlicy.
