I love Braeda, but this particular Braeda store has lost my business. Their food is very inconsistent in quality. One time, I order the mac and cheese, and it has too much cheesy liquid. The next time, it's dry as can be. Sometimes it has a nice browned top; others times not. Foccacia bread is nicely crisp one time, the next barely toasted, the next so hard it can't be eaten. I recently ordered a reuben sandwich, and it was barely warm when I got it, with no grilled or toasted quality to the bread at all. If that wasn't bad enough, the place is just not clean. I even called the management to mention that the tables and chairs were grubby and dirty looking, along with all of the table appointments--salt and pepper shakers, sign holders, etc. On my next visit to the store, everything was just as dirty as always. While they do have some nice servers, they also have some who just don't care about good service. I really wish they'd clean up their act and start serving the good Braeda food I love. Until then, I won't be back, and believe me, I never cook, so restaurants that lose our business are losing regular customers.
