Great environment and great food for an excellent price! My server is usually Whitney and I am so glad to get her! She is always so very kind, always keeping up on drinks, and making sure everyone is taken care of. I have been there multiple times and it is obvious that she is ALWAYS the hardest working one there! If, well actually, WHEN you go to Simply Sushi on Redwood Road make sure you ask for Whitney and you won t be disappointed in the least :D ...I m hungry now... better go get some more Simply Sushi! Woohoo!

My family and I have been going to simply wishing since they have opened we love the atmosphere. And the food. It is the best value in town. Every so often friends convince us to try other places just to find we paid more money and very disappointed in the experience. At Simply Sushi we always enjoy ourselves and the food. The value is always appreciated. This time when we went Curt was our server and made it the best experience ever

Ask for Jennies magical sushi skills she very nice and more than willing to answer all your sushi questions!

This place is tasty and cheap so two in one bargain. I recommend Jennie to be your chef, amazing cook!!! I have friends up in tooele just coming down there to eat her sushi!!!

Kayla Is the best waitress i have ever had i will definately go back

Simply sushi is where it s at! Great prices, delicious rolls and superb service! AND home to the best sushi chef in town... and her name is Jennie. If you go, sit in her section and ask her for her special rolls, you won t be disappointed.

Jenny is where it is at..... If you get a chance to choose which section choose Jenny s. She is the most informative chef and give out the best suggestions. I have an array of friends and this place is one that we all can agree on. For my friends that are not the adventurous type or new to sushi, they have plenty of tempura rolls (fried in special batter) that are easy to get into. I have friends that wanna try everything and anything, the more the exotic the better. Finally I have those that are like endless pits. This place meets all there needs, and you don t break the bank to do it. For one price you can choose whatever sushi you want. Great atmosphere for a night out or for big groups. Parking is wide and open Service is friendly and fast Highly Recommend
