poor service, had to keep asking for more tea, and once the food arrived we didnt see our waitress again til she brought the check. food was ok, but nothing to write home about. when i was there they arent busy at all.i will not be back, and will tell others to stay away from there.
We visited this restaurant on Christmas Eve, at the time we were there they were not very busy. The service was not very good. Once we ordered it took forever to get our salads and when we did the food came out a few minutes later. There were 7 of us and they brought out five of the orders the other 2 took about 10 more minutes to come out, instead of all at the same time. My steak was so tough I had to send it back and my husband ordered medium and his was well done. I will say the second steak was much better. I was very disappointed as this was our first time to eat there. When we paid the bill, they told us there was a problem with their credit card machine and they could not approve more than $100. Our bill was over $ 100. so they spilt it into 2 charges. This was told to us after they had already did it. Today when checking my American express bill, their were 6 charges on my bill.They charged each amout 3 times. I am sure American express will straighten this out. Overall our first time experience was not too good. Our son and his wife eat at this restaurant alot and told us how good it was, I am not impressed!
I have since talked to the General Manager and expressed my opinion and he was very concerned about this problem and assured me he will retify the problem I will give this restaurant another chance. As far as the problem with the charges is was a computer problem and will be taken care of. He was very nice and understanding Thank you
