I am at home eating a bowl of cereal after one of the worst dining experiences of my life. I ordered a salad without onions. It came with onions. I ordered the lamb chops without garlic, which turned out not to be possible. I asked to see the menu so I could look over the flavorings on the steak. Our waitress, who was in a big hurry, said she would bring the steak plain with all its accompanying flavorings on the side. The steak came smothered with flavorings. When I again told her it was necessary for me to know what was on the steak our waitress who had an attitude that was as ugly as she was good looking, took the steak and went off in a huff. A chef scraped off the steak and brought it back to me as if the onion (shallot) flavor would evaporate. No one offered to make things right and a gentleman in a chefs “costume” told me it was my fault. The manager was too busy to speak with me. Everyone makes mistakes, but they seem to full of themselves to care about their customers.
