Agave Azul, Orlando

I took my husband after a great meal there with a group of fellow employees. We asked for tea with no lemon & got tea with lemon. We asked for no guacamole and got guacamole in the monster burrito. Unfortunately, we took the burrito home before cutting into it, so had to through the whole thing out. My conclusion is very, very poor service.

I was at this restaurant last night with a party of 5. We spent alot of money last night and were on our last round of drinks and desserts. As the ladies went to the bathroom, the bussers under direction from the female manager came and dispose of all our drinks (which were just ordered) and our plates which were not finished. We asked for them to be replaced and the manager flat out refused. We had already paid for them! The manager (a female) went on to start an arguement w/ very broken English, almost uncomprehensable, and threatened to call the police, over tossed drinks??? Needless to say, the food was not the best, almost TacoBellish and the service sucked. After spending well over $300 I can safely say I would NEVER return or suggest this place to anyone. Nothing worse than spending hard earned money somewhere and getting treted like sh*t. I rate this place an aweful because of that manager, one bad apple does spoil the bunch!

I live in winter park so i don't get to go as much as i want, but when i do go the service and the food are the best in town for a mexican restaurant. Oh and the $2 dollar margaritas on tuesdays are such a great deal. I love agave azul :)

Absolutely fantastic food, service, and atmosphere. My girlfriend and I have been quite a few times since they opened a year ago and have never been disappointed. The food is well portioned and priced not to mention delicious and authentic. Blue waterfalls cascade down glass all over the restaurant and even in the restrooms. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. An appetizer of tortilla chips and a variety of sauces are delivered complimentary with your meals, and the margaritas are huge and well worth the $7. There's lots to try to- still working on it.

horrible service and food.last night was my first year anniversary and i decided to eat at this restaurant that when my nightmare started it.no waiting period, thats why because of the way the treat customer.they sat us at the table and we wait 45 minute for the waiter to meet us.he came to us with bad attitude and he was in a rush to take care another table, he didn't finish taking our order and he did half way and never came back to our table and she spent the whole night ignoring us.my my sister got upset and order an appetiser with another waiter and he came back to our table with an attitude,no order with somebody else, because he had our bill.my sister got mad and ask to see the manager or ownwer, he came to our table after 35 minute, with an attitute like i don't care about your complaint and tried to be nice getting our appetizer back to the oven, because the waiter forgot the silverware.they brought silverware right away with the appetizer, the food took another long time to get to us and the restaurant was almost empty.the food was so bad and no tasty. the waiter spent time taking care all the american customer with a nice smile and good attitude asking if they want dessert, us treat us like nobody, because we're spanish like him.all the employee are spanish, our waiter have a racial problem with his own race.no manner,no customer service,no good food was disaster night.i gave him a tip and he gave back to me with attitude he doesn't want it i should keep it to myself.i would never come back to this restaurant.horrible,horrible service and people.

Another horrible mexican restaurant. Agave Azul has by far blown away all competition?? When you try the cuisine, you'll understand that anyone giving this resturant high marks is a friend of the owner! The food is pretty much horrible. Be sure to stay away from the Carnitas unless a dried up pork chop thats been cut into tiny pieces is your thing.

I'd like to take the time to write that thank goodness Orlando finally got a great mexican restaurant. Agave Azul has by far blown away all competition. On looks alone, the contemporary atmosphere is a sight to see and gives the whole Mexican dining experience a reality of what it is like to be in modern, sophisticated Mexico. When you try the cuisine, you'll understand how they combined contemporary with tradition. It's real, home-made food. Service has been excellent everytime I've been. Raul the bartender is hilarious and makes sure that it's always party central at the bar.
