As far as chain restaurants go, this is still a favorite for my veg dining habits. There was even a vegan menu when I asked the hostess prior to seating. And at this location a manager came out the last time I ordered my dish with the shellfish allergy alert. He discussed utensils being clean with me. So, they are very courteous. And, I remember for New Years 2010 eating here and having someone sing Caro Mio Ben well enough for my piano sensitive ears...(apparently also volunteer for Hawaii Opera Theater). This is easy as the wine goes.
Very nice bar area with a small fire place too.
Disappointing. We went during restaurant week and the waiter was not well informed about the pre fixe menu. The food was just OK, not served hot, and the pasta served with the chicken parmesan was very bland. Lots of families with a LOT of kids so if this is not your thing, best go somewhere else.
