The other reviews are right on track. Gave this a chance for a party of 8 after being quoted 60 minutes at Manny s next door on the call ahead seating, only to be told and additional 90 minutes when we arrived (another story, another review). Arrived and were seated quickly, but since there were only about 8 other tables that wasn t surprising. 10 minutes before waitress arrived, 10 more minutes to take a drink order, 10 more minutes for drinks to arrive, 15 minutes before salad plates (for the salad bar were brought), 30 minutes before food came out. All this time we NEVER saw our waitress in between. Asked for drinks to be refilled repeatedly (it was so bad that even the ice had melted, but at least this provided us with water!). She took half the glasses back to the kitchen, all drinks came back out without ice, then she forgot about the rest of the table. The worst service EVER. While our waitress was very pleasant she was, quite honestly, the most incompetent server I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. All drinks, food, check and return of credit cards were auctioned off . Hope you remember what you order! Food was mediocre at best, and even though we ordered 3 different steaks at different temperatures when they arrived we were told all the steaks are the same, so it doesn t matter which plate you get . All in all, one of the strangest experiences I ve ever had. Arrived at 6:00, didn t make it out the door until 8:30.
Skip this one. There s a Sonny s a block down.
I stopped by Mannys Resturaunt which is located right beside T-Bones and they were so packed that I was told that the wait time would be about an hour, so my wife suggested that instead of waiting, why dont we just go over to T-Bones. Neither one of us had ever tried it,so we thought what the heck, lets go When we arrived, the waitress seated us and took our orders. The place was not packed ,but did have a fair amount of guests. The waitress brought us our drinks , which consisted of two waters ,a sweet tea,and a diet coke. My family, which were my Son-in-law, Daughter and two Grand Daughters and Wife, put in our oders. As time went on, we were told that our food would be out shortly. After three fill ups each ,and a small plate which we used for what little salad bar they had we still had not recieved our food . I asked the waitress again about our food and she again replied that she would check for me but that it should be out shortly. My two Grand Daughters had ordered Grilled cheese and fries which they did recieve after about a half hour, We arrived at approximatly 530, so they would have started eating at 6pm . It was about 640pm and the girls had finished with their food and we still had not recieved our meal. My family got tired of waiting. and the resturaunt started to look like a ghost town People that had arrived before us hasd been seated, eaten and left. I was a little upset and told my family that this is not the place for us and that we were going to leave and go to Bob Evans. I informed the Hostess that we were not going to stay, because we had waited for almost an hour and 15 min. I told her I was upset, but she didnt seem to care, in fact she made me pay 25 dollars for the four salads and drinks. We did not eat hardly any salad because we thought that we were going to recieve our food which consisted of 4 types of steak platters. I paid and let her know that I was very disatisfied and would call the Manager the next day. The next day I did call the Manager and all she could say was Im Sorry. That was it I will never again set foot in a T-Bones resturaunt! .
Well these folks deserve a review. They have great specials, like a $7 sirloin dinner. But i suspect this is an oriental restaurant pretending to be a steak house. On my first visit the greasy floor allowed this old man to moonwalk. After checking with Florida State of,i found 22 violations, reinspected to 14 rein to 7,then i had the grouper fillet ,I've never seen pink grouper before.the bottom line is a dinner atmosphere and alot of food for a couple bucks more than mickey de's.They did not poison us. which is not to bad for this town!
