Liberty Bistro is a must stop when you are in the New Braunfels area and is definitely worth a drive if you are in San Antonio or Austin. They have a very diverse menu so whatever you are looking for they have it. The wine list is excellent as well. I've had seafood, pizza, lamb, steaks and have never been disappointed!!

I give Liberty Bistro 10 stars. The food, wine and atmosphere are perfect for any occasion. Be sure to try the chicken - one of my favorites. The Tapas pizza is a must as well as the caesar and johnny appleseed salads. Don't trust me, go try it for yourself!!

A great asset to New Braunfels dinning. Quiet atmosphere with excellent service. The food was spectacular and the gourmet pizza was a great way to start. We have all our office parties here and have never been disappointed. The personal attention to detail is greatly appreciated and the wine selection is supreme. Plan on spending many occasions with Darren and his staff. This one is a keeper! Thanks for all the good times. Canavan and Frank Custom Homes.
