My wife and I were at Lumiere Casino and decided to just take a walk into the Four Seasons. We were hungry and decided to try out Cielo and we were very happy we stopped by for dinner! The service was warm and the food was great. The hotel was busy due to the Christmas Holiday season but the staff at Cielo didn't miss a beat. They had a nice selection of wine from high end to nice quality more moderately priced wines. The menu had a couple of our favorites and they were well prepared. We had a very nice experience and have suggested Cielo to some other friends who have all had a similar experience! I say swing by and give it a try!
Heard that they got a new Chef after seeing him on TV and decided to try his food out. It was one of the best meals I have had in a long time. Not your usual boring Italian food, these dishes all had flavor. Had the mussels for an appetizer and the best veal parmesan ever. Save room for dessert, as the tiramisu is out of this world. Too bad the weather outside is too cold to enjoy the patio, as I bet it is amazing out there in the summer.
