I attended the grand opening at Coco Chocolate and have been back quite a few times. I just love this place. I'm a big confused by the review by just me. I have had dinner parties of 6 and the service was excellent as well as the food. My experiences have always been positive. Like I said I love it here.

Coco's is a wonderful dining experience. Most of the staff is friendly and attentive. The food has always been top-notch, especially the escargot and mussels. Philippe is a very dedicated and fine owner and his floor mingling always is a highlight!!

Mmmmmm... Delicious!! The food is not just right.. but it's absolutely perfect..!! I love dessert and I am very picky. I do not normally talk about a place after I go there but this on was just so delicious. I can't stop thinking about it.

This bar/restaurant is probably one of my favorites of all time. The Original Chocolate Martini is AMAZING. I could drink them all day, and I am not an alcohol drinker at all. I just don't like the taste of alcohol much, but this chocolate martini owns me. The food is actually really good here too, especially the appetizers. Most of the appetizers involve cheese (very tasty), but it is difficult if your date is lactose intolerant (like mine). I've had the cheese based appetizers before and WOW. Most recently I had the crab cakes (pretty good), and calamari (disappointing). I'd recommend sticking with the cheese based appetizers if your stomach can handle dairy. Desserts are also pretty good. If you go through San Antonio or live here, you NEED to visit this place!

The Coco Chocolate Lounge made me feel very welcomed at my birthday dinner. I had the Texas fillet and it was absolutely great. Cooked to perfection. Our waiter was very accommodating and I felt it a privilege to eat here.

I recently had my bachellorette party at Coco lounge and I must say it was impressive! I called the week before and made a reservation for my party of 10. I was immediately offered specials and give aways just for booking the party. I decided to book in the lounge but was given the option of the lounge, dinner seating, or the VIP club that they call Coco XO. I elected to go with the lounge because they offered a bottle special of $100 for a bottle of Ciroc vodka with juices and ice, glasses, the whole set up (from what I understand this is only offered on the lounge side so ask when you book). When me and my girls arrived I was amazed at the gorgeous atmosphere and the vibe that was going on. We sat and had a couple of Coco's signature chocolate martinis, all I can say is YUM (caution they don't taste like alcohol so be careful LOL). We enjoyed 3 different appetizers which were all equally amazing, there was a french ham and cheese sandwich, which doesn't sound like much but it was soooooo good. Then we had the calamari which was crispy and tasty on the outside and tender and flavorful on the inside, and finally my favorite which was the goat cheese dip (we needed extra bread but our fantastic waiter quickly accomidated). The music was bumpin and my girls and I danced the night away with 3 different clubs/ music to pick from. I got a chance to look at the menu and there is a complete chocolate menu that I saw that I want to go back and try, maybe a romantic evening with my new husband? I had a great time and so didi everyone at my party. I had people from out of town just raving about Coco. I am so glad to have found such a hot spot right around the corner here in North SA! Thanks Coco we will be back very soon!!!
