My wife won a gift certificate on KATY radio so we went yesterday down this little one way street. Great little place (SUPER TINY) It gets packed but we got there just in time and the food was fantastic. Cheesesteaks were smothered in cheese and the pastrami was the best I have had anywhere in Hemet. Whenever I go see my mother I will stop by and try the rest of their sandwiches. These people need to be in a better location just so people could know they were there.
The sandwiches are good but the chips are always burnt. At least everyone is treated equal. Every chip in the house was burnt. The last batch i was served were so burnt i could eat them.
Anyone else experience burnt chips. Wont go back for a while.
Great out of the gate. Lack luster now. When they first opened the quality was top notch. I know a good cheese steak. I have been back quite a few times and each time it seems the quality of the steaks keeps declining. Less cheese, lower quality meat etc. Once was worth the money, now I choose not to go as I am frequently disappointed. The owners seems nice. However, I have heard numerous times employees complaining of how they are treated. I don't like soliciting that kind of environment. To bad because they had a great thing.

I absolutely love eating here, they have a good variety of sandwiches, hot and cold. From Buffalo Chicken w/ranch, to their famous Philly steaks, and ham, turkey roast beef. All served on FRESH Amoroso Roll. Mmmm...
And the service is excellent, with friendly atmosphere. And dont forget to try their Taste Cake, or slice of cheese cake (from Jersey)
