I tried it once and was not impressed. I opted for the deep dish remebering my time in Chicago and how I enjoyed this favorite. Not only was it not layered like the authentic, but the veggies were still raw and in some cases cold. The crust, top and bottom, were undercooked, and the cheese had little to no flavor. I would suggest they try mixing their cheeses. Fresh mozzarella needs help to be flavorful. Try some provolone. Ultimately, I might have to try the thin crust version some day, but if it ends up anything like the deep dish, I will sorely be disappointed.
