I content with what everyone else is saying about the service. I walked in with my family on a holiday (big sales posted) looked around for nearly 15 minutes. Past by what looked like a sales rep on his personal cell phone, and not 1 person said anything to us. (also didn t see the model we were looking for) Drove to Moorpark to Warehouse discount center, and had 2 people say hi upon entering, and another sales rep looked up every price deal he could find to make the sale.
Forget Pacific Sales - customer service like this will sink this company sooner than later!
I went in their store in Newburry Park a while back and spent an hour looking for sinks and walked out without anyone there ever even asking if I need help. Today I called their T.O. showroom with a very specific viking range request and got no help at all, was going to be transfered but instead could over hear the guy blabbing away with a coworker until I was disconected. Idiots!
It seems that Pacific sales has a continuous bad rap for their customer service!! We purchased a Refrigerator that was delivered in February. In April one of Pacific sales own technicians came out to see that the unit was badly dameged and needed to be replaced. After being told that we would be called within 48 hrs ,as to when we could expect the Refrigerator to be replaced, I have called on 3 occasions as to why we have not been contacted. Nearly 1 month later I have not received one return call. They claim it is Samsung that have to approve the replacement but the unit was damaged during the delivery process, according to a Samsung Tech. that took photographs of the damage!!
Customer service is bad. I ordered a faucet and was told it would be in within 14 days. After waiting 18 days I have called the store on a daily basis, they say the sales rep will check with the manufacturer and get back to me. So far, three days and counting, I have never received a return call. Also the most frustrating thing about PS is that if they have to order your selected item, which is displayed on their showroom floor, you can NOT cancel or receive a refund for it. What???? I can get better service and prices online. I recommend going to PS only to view products, get names and item numbers of items you want, and then search the web for equivalent and in many cases better pricing.
