Woody's on the Water, Tacoma

I was given a gift certificate as a present especially since they serve gluten free food. Our service was terrible, the food was awful, then they refused to honor the gift certificate! They said they would not honor it at lunch. There was no such conditions on the certificate and we asked to see the manager. The owner showed up and still refused to honor it because he just changed the rules no matter what the certificate said. What crap service and crap food. I would not waste one precious dollar on a dishonorable business

Never again. They don't appreciate their customers. Service terrible. Waitress was a joke....My parents and I went there for their anniversary/birthday. The waitress basically abandoned us. The food was not prepared as requested and the young waitress should've been working a fast food restaurant. I know they can't hire the best and the brightest but this was ridiculous. I complained to the manager but he couldn't have cared less. I don't believe in paying to be treated like crap.
