Ordered 24 wings for 15.99 to split between 2 people, ordered 4 different sauces, they were great, not a word said about any issue when we ordered them, but when the bill came, we were charged 24.00 and our waitress informed us you could not order 4 different sauces and we were charged the higher price of 6 wings for 5.99, 4 times. When I grabbed a menu we ordered from which showed no statement or policy regarding this, our waitress plopped the tickets back and walked away. Did not want to cause a scene but I was not happy so I called the manager/owner Larry Jordan who informed me I was in the wrong for leaving and not calling him while we were in the restaurant. That s about the worst exchange I have ever had at any establishment. He did not even offer me a gift certificate for being over-charged 9 dollars or offer to make it right even though he admitted the waitress was in the wrong
Food is decent, but the service alway stinks. Would recommend take out so you don't have to deal with their wait staff. And the owner just lets people walk of out of restaurant and deletes the negative reviews. you should be running to your customers who have had a bad experience so you can have a chance to change their mind. Word of mouth goes a long way when your a LOCAL.
A couple owns and runs this place. They are good, hardworking people. I've gone a few times and I'd go back. Don't have any complaints, but then again, I haven't tried the steak. They serve good food with good size portions. Their wings are awesome - get them extra crispy with their barbalo sauce (bbq/buffalo mix)! 35 cent wings on Wed in the bar area. They have great sides - stuffed baked potato (similar to twice baked), delicious zucchini sticks & onion rings, rice, broccoli....
We've been there twice now. The first time I ordered a steak and my wife , the flounder. My steak was tough as a boot. I also heard another fellow complaining. I figured, why bother, we wont be back. Wrong. We did go back with some friends. HE ordered the steak. I got the flounder along with the ladies. He got through half of his steak and said his jaws were hurting from chewing.
It appears that they percieve themselves as a high class place. But they just dont cut it.
Coke in a goblet, with fancy named appetizers, with high prices and lousy service does not make a nice ,fancy Restaraunt.
Save your money. Theres plenty of other places to go'
