Hey Jimmy Johnson, Ever think of hiring a chef? It might be a very wise defensive move on the part of your kitchen. A real kitchen staff would have heated a new item then placed the toppings on. Ever see melting icecream? Blackened yes dry and over cooked totally yes. Oh, your plates are to big for the portions. My dolphin and potatoe were swimming on a sea of white.
