We are residents of Fountain Hills, and have enjoyed many a delicious dinner here at the Boulevard Cafe. We have never been disappointed with anything that we have ordered. Our favorites are the Mussels, steak tartare, lamb and duck, but honestly, you cannot go wrong with anything that you order here. The ambiance is cozy, warm and very french...the owners, Patrick and Nora, and their children are a delight. (And we must admit, it is a treat to be able to bring our own bottle of wine to dinner with us...and Patrick and Nora do NOT charge a corkage fee...nice.) Even though the restaurant has been open a year, we feel that the Boulevard Cafe continues to be a well-needed breath of fresh air to the restaurant selections available in Fountain Hills. We are so grateful that the Boulevard Cafe is here in our town.
This is a delightful addition to the Fountain Hills, Arizona restaurant scene. We dined at lunchtime, selecting the soup and sandwich combination and the special panini of the day. The perfectly lean and thinly-sliced prosciutto with mozzarella cheese and pesto on a crisp baguette, with a creamy potato leek soup, was mouth-watering. My companions also enjoyed their special dishes served with mixed green salads. The menu is extensive; the atmosphere and service warm and friendly. So nice to have in town!
We are regulars at the Boulevard Cafe. We have savoured just about every item of the menu, including their daily specials. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the service prompt and friendly. The Boulevard Cafe has the charm of a typical Bistro in France. We have traveled worldwide, and do have numerous comparisons to draw from. We are happy to have this wonderful place in Fountain Hills, AZ, and all our friends enjoy the meals as much as we do.

The Boulevard Cafe seems to be hitting it's stride!
After an initial so-so meal a couple of weeks after they opened, we visited last week, and the food was great! It's intimate, good service and overall pleasant experience
My wife and I were excited to see a restaurant serving crepes come to Fountain Hills. Alas, what a big disappointment. The crepes were dry, the cappuccino was bitter, the chairs were uncomfortable, the silver and napkins cheap. Sorry to say.
