Valentine's Day 2010 called resturant and made reservations, casual attire is prefered. GPS found the address and off we went. Millington is about 26 minutes from Middletown DE. The resturant is quite charming in this little town. The atmosphere is elegant but not to formal, great for just taking a simple meal with not to much hasle. Kids are welcomed but I say leave them home if they are around five years old. Anyhow the food was excellent, recommend the oyster trio simple but very tasty and fresh. Soups are great could be a little hotter for my taste but great, the lobester bisque was really good, recommended by a 12 year old. The lamb was perfect, all n all we stayed there about four hrs. Had fun will be going back soon. Oh they seem to get very busy after 6 PM so reach early. I gave Two Trees 5 stars. I hope you enjoy your experience at Two Trees.
Yesterday we had the pleasure of having lunch at the Two Tree restaurant. We took the by tour on a whim, but it was worth it. The food was fresh, perfectly spiced and very enjoyable. The Pecanbrownie was a perfect dessert. We'll be sure to stop in again, when we are in the neighborhood.
On a return trip home from vacation, my wife and stopped by the Maryland visitor center on rt. 301 and asked for a nearby eatery. They suggested Two Tree restaurant in nearby Millington, MD. A short trip later, we arrived in the quaint community. The restaurant was tastefully decorated and provided a welcoming atmosphere. The menu offered a full array from sandwiches to seafood and prime rib. We both enjoyed delicious french onion soup, that had a most unique flavor. My wife enjoyed a turkey and swiss sandwich. The turkey appeared to be hand carved. The sandwich was accopanied by freshly made hot potato chips, which both of us enjoyed. I ordered the fish sandwich with potato salad alongside. The fish filets wer lightly battered and seasoned. Portion sizes were substantial and the food was delicious. The service provided was both friendly and attentive. Our beverage glasses never went empty. Our little sidetrip provided us with a most enjoyable and memorable eating experience. A definite must, when in the area.
