Terrible customer service. We had a reservation for a group of 16 on Sat, Jan 21, 2012 for 7:30 p.m. At 8:30 p.m. after numerous inquiries our group was still not seated. A group of 25 that came in after us was seated which was totally unacceptable. We spoke to the owner/manager Andy which he kept saying he wasn't the owner or manager & he was not receptive to our problem. He actually stated at one point if we didn't like it we could leave. He was not willing to make any accomodations and couldn't give us a timeframe for how long it would take to get seated. What is the point of taking reservations if you don't honor them? I won't be going back to Fuji horrible customer care/service.
last time we went there celebrating my birthday, chef victor has taken care us with a great hibachi food, he is a great entertainer too. a outstanding service was presented by my favorite wait staff, softy as well, thanks for great service on that day made my birthday was lovely.
