Rib City Grill, Rifle

Pretty good ribs and great variety of sauces. It was close to our hotel so it worked out great. The Rib/Rib combo of babyback and spare ribs was really good. Meat fell off the bones!

My boyfriend ate here on a stop over and told me I had to eat here when I went to Rifle for business. The atmosphere and restaurant were nice and clean. The staff was friendly. I did not have ribs, but my meat was still tender and bites could be cut with my fork. I'm picky about cole slaw and I did like theirs. I personally wasn't thrilled over the sauces though, but they were fine enough to continuing eating my meat with.
