I also experienced the bad manager at this Qdoba, but I really like the pulled pork so I kept going back. I am glad to report that the bad manager is no longer there. The people are happier and the portions are better. I STILL really like the pulled pork, but now I like eating there too.
This has to be the worst place I've ever eaten. The food was not only horrible but the service there was terrible. The server, who said her name was Laura when I asked, spoke to my wife, children and myself as if we were completely bothering her. The steak burrito I had tasted like eating a leather shoe. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone unless I was hoping they we choke and die...lol
About a few weeks ago I went for lunch with my 4 year old baby girl, I had a burrito and a quesidilla for my little girl. First of all everyone working there seemed depressed and unhappy to be there lol. When I got to the register I just wanted a kid size drink for my baby which turned into an argument about why she cant sell me the drink if I dont make it a kids meal! I then asked her if she could just ring me up for a regular size drink but give me the kids size drink cause my kid wont drink that much, then she turned to her employee and I overheard her say under her breath what a BLEEPING idiot while laughing I said thank you and I sat down to eat. I started eating my burrito and found a footlong black hair in my burrito along with raw chicken I will never return to qdoba and strongly suggest you dont either
I just experienced the worst manager ever at this Qdoba in Carson City NV, she was rude to not just me but a few other customers. She didn't make my food correctly and the service was terrbile. The employees at this Qdoba, weren't even that thrilled it seemed to help me or any of the other customers when I walked in, it also didn't seem like anyone had cleaned the tables for a while there was only two tables available in the whole store.
