D' Pasteles Cake Shop, San Antonio

D Pasteles was the first bakery we tried when we were wedding cake hunting. Their cake was so delicious, that no other bakery could measure up. Our guests really enjoyed it as well. Roxana & Joel did a fabulous job. I plan to keep their number handy for future events.

I called a week before my friends wedding to order her a cake and I was thankful the D Pasteles was able to produce one in short notice. I live in another city and picked a style right off their website. It was fantastic. The flavors were perfect. I also ordered a simple chocolate grooms cake that was perfect. I m not a fan of chocolate but I would eat more of it. Thank you! I would order from this shop again if the needed.

The owners, Roxanna and Joel, at D' Pasteles made my wedding day very special! My guests kept commenting on how delicious the 4 flavors of cake were! The appearance was beautiful for both the wedding and groom's cakes. I was very pleased with D' Pasteles from the ordering, cost, professionalism, patience, communication, delivery and of course the taste and charm of their cakes. The owners of D' Pasteles know how to please their customers. When you walk into the cake shop, you will notice the respect their customers give them because of the quality of their cakes and their service. They know what they are doing from the first time you come to taste their cakes to that very special day. I could not have chosen a better cake shop!

I wanted to thank you very much for the outstanding display of the bridal cake and the grooms cake. The bridal cake was displayed in the lighted carriage with peacock feathers, and the cake in the middle of the carriage was white chocolate cake with strawberry mouse filling and the outer cakes were strawberry cake with white chocolate mouse filling and the grooms cake was the tow truck with the car which was a chocolate cake with chocolate mouse filling. Both the cakes were not only beautiful, but were absolutely delicious. They were moist and people came back for seconds and were happy to have such a selection of cake. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for making the cakes such a big hit. The guest were totally amazed as they had never seen anything like them before. My daughter and her new husband were also amazed how beautiful they looked and were sad to have to cut them so we could enjoy eating them, but of course they did. I recommend DPasteles to everyone, and if they do not have it displayed believe me you can describe what you want, and they can make it in 3D.

We recently ordered our wedding cake from Dpasteles, and it was absolutely perfect! Everyone at the reception enjoyed it. They can do pretty much any flavor - we had the cake filling as vanilla and white chocolate mousse and it was so yummy. The artwork on the cake was so beautiful. Roxana and Joel were very easy to work with. I'd highly recommend Dpasteles for your wedding cake.

My fiancé & I recently went here & were given two different price quotes for a groom's cake. They were not only unable to tell us why the prices were different but refused to give us the originally stated quote for a cake that they stated was easier to make and would take less time. Yes, their cakes are beautiful, but I DO NOT recommend this cake shop due to their unfortunately poor customer service and inconsistent prices.

D’Pasteles created two wonderful cakes for our wedding reception on February 12. Oh my gosh! WOW! It is hard to find the words to explain how absolutely awesome the cakes was. There was no more cake left except for the top of the bride's cake. The cakes were so moist and delicious. My guests and I were extremely pleased. Great people and great cake - perfect combination!

I appreciated Dpasteles service from beginning to end. Dpasteles was willing to work with me even with placing the deposit for placing the order. I thank God that He led me to Dpasteles store for my wedding cake! The cake was one of the best that I have ever tasted, and everyone couldn’t stop talking about how moist and delicious the cake was! The artistic design of the cake was so exquisite! I really was blessed to have Dpasteles design my cake! They were even gracious with me on delivering the cake pillars back to Dpasteles after I returned from my honeymoon! I recommend Dpasteles business to those that I come in contact with because they take pride in what they do, and the end result is priceless! The cake is delicious, and they strive to ensure that the customer is satisfied
