Okada Japanese Steakhouse, McKinney

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would! It doesn t even deserve 1 star. I went there tonight with my husband and son to celebrate my birthday and what a disappointment it was. The waitress was very inexperienced and apparently not trained at all. My entree came out by itself (a 3 roll special). The CA roll was just ok, but the spicy tuna and tempura rolls were just awful. We waited about 30 more minutes and my husband and son s entrees still had not arrived. We asked the manager where the food was. She went to the waitress and then we watched the waitress enter the rest of the order in on the computer. If we had not asked about it she probably would have never done it! Another 30 minutes went by and she came by our table and blamed the delay on the chefs. The food finally came and the manager came by to apologize. We told her the waitress had not put our order in originally. She knew were were unhappy and said she took 20% off our bill but it was really only 5%. What a joke. They should have given it to us for free. Service was AWFUL. Spicy Tuna and Tempura rolls were AWFUL. Hibachi dinners were just o.k. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
