It s not quite what I call family friendly, gift shop with sexual items. The food was nothing I D ever go back to. My wife had a steak that had a lot of gristle. My chicken breast was tasteless, I had to pour ranch on it so it would have some kind of taste. The salad bar was ok, just the basics. The service was bad, we had to ask for silverware, the baby chair had no working straps and the tip was set on the ticket. After tip it was over $70 for 3 dinners plus 1 glas of wine and a soda.
For the money I would go somewhere else.
Don't know how the food is. We waited for about 10 to 15 minutes to be seated, then left. There were only about 12 patrons in the restaurant so they were not really busy. We will never darken their doorway again.
Visited Eureka Springs this weekend 6/3 - 6/5. Went to Rowdy Beaver with 8 other friends, sat for two hours waiting on food. Three of my friends got their food after 1 1/2 hours. The rest of us got up and left. One person asked to speak to Manager and he never showed his face. Terrible service. Will never try this place again.
Major disappointment. One of my sons ordered stacked enchiladas. They came out lukewarm and the chicken was overcooked and dry. My other son got a country fried steak which was so tough he could not eat it. My wife ordered just a hamburger with fries. The fries she said were cold like they had been sitting there a while and the hamburger patty was a little too far on the pink side. One glance told us the soup and salad bar was to be avoided. My Turkey Ruben was actually pretty tasty. I guess it's kinda hard to screw one of those up. From the name and the website I mistakenly thought it would be a fun place to visit. I have been to funeral home viewings that were more lively than this place. It felt more like feeding time at the zoo the way our waitress just plopped our meals down on the table. There are certainly better choices to be had in Eureka Springs. I for one will not be going back to this place.
We ate there in Eureka Springs. Fast service, hot (and delicious) food. I had the grilled chicken; I loved mine and my family had steaks and loved theirs. They had a good selection of sides as well, and I had their okra, which was delicious. The server was fantastic. I came on here and was astonished that people had bad experiences! It's the best place we've eaten here yet.
This resturant claims thing they do not provide. (1) Jumbo grilled shrimp should say just grilled shrimp as their size is no where near a jumbo size. Cocktails should be said as all mixed drinks are mixed with country time lemonade. There was no difference between the taste of a Margarita and a Long island ice tea. The drinks were also served in water glasses. Buyer beware when you go to this place.
we had the best tilapia ever and their steaks are outta this world the seasonings were awesome and our waitress was great im local and i know they got all new staff and have not met a bad one yet i do go fequently and take my advice great service and great food!!!!!!!
I tried to write a review on their webpage but it wouldn't go through. So I mailed them a review. Our food was good but our waitress was so rude. We left her a $11.00 tip and she still ran out into the parking lot and jump my husband for not leaving more money. I have never seen such rudeness in my lifetime. We will not be returning to that restaurant.
The service was terrible the waitress would hide and not come back the kept messing up our orders and the waitress went out side and talked on her cell phone for about 20 or 30 minutes. I tried to complain to the manager but he didnt seem to care either. The place was a total joke and we will not go back or recomend it to anyone.
