Grimaldis Pizzeria, Las Vegas

Best pizza we've found since moving from east coast. Perfect crust and the toppings are all first quality. No canned stuff or plastic cheese here! Great atmosphere with real red and white checkered table cloths and friendly staff. There is a good wine list too, and there are several good Chiantis. Only problem is I eat too much!

Best, best, best pizza I have ever had. It is even super good reheated...that is if you dont eat it all in the first place!

Recently visited Grimaldi's. We ordered two personal pizza's; one with their tomato sauce, extra mozzerella & italian sausage, and one white pizza with pepperoni and kalamati olives. The crust was delicious, the toppings were yummy and of a very good quality. (I really liked the white pizza - lots of garlic :) !) For desert we split a cannoli, aslo very good - high quality choclate, great filling. The service was also quite good. We often try to find places we can eat with our dog - and although she wasn't allowed on the patio, we were able to sit at a table outdoors where she was on the other side of the fence. We will definitely be back to try the pesto pizza and to order another white pizza!!

The pizza is decent but I wouldn't say best ever. The dominant taste in the sauce is salt. It overpowers the other flavors and the crust gets soggy fast so you have to eat the slices quickly. The prices are a little higher than average given they charge for every topping rather than have the standard combos. It's a great place to hang out and have a couple of drinks while eating and it's also different than many standard pizza joints. As an overall fun and good pizza place, I would pick Metro over this place for their selection, prices, and quality of food.

This is not only the best pizza in Vegas, it is the best pizza I've ever had. I can no longer bring myself to go to any other pizza joint. A definite must-try!

Just go. I dont think Ive ever had pizza this good.
