Okay food. Lunch will run you about $15 and a slice of cheesecake around $8. Long wait time at lunch so come early. Gets crowded and loud very quickly. Our service was okay. Just a regular restaurant. There are better places for lunch that are cheaper, quicker and a lot healthier for you. The cheesecakes (which I love) are beautiful but I could not get past the 800 calorie count for a slice.
and my 3 year old grand daughter went into the Southlake store at 3:05 pm for a late lunch/early dinner after a movie. Our name was taken and we were left standing. The dim bulb hostess, asked a waiter as he zoomed past, if he wanted it, yes or no. I'm not sure if she was referring to us or something else, but gave us an embarrassed look. Two African American women came in after us and gave their name to the dim bulb. Within a minute, their name was called by another hostess carrying their menus and my grand daughter and I were left standing there. Needless to say, we left. There was no apology, no attempt to seat us immediately when this happening. I found the whole experience unsettling and will not patronize their restaurants again.
When my family went to the Cheesecake Factory it was perfect the food was great but the waitress had a hole in one of the cups and the drink got all over us!We also tried the cheesecake and it was bad from my opinion.
The tables at the cheesecake factory are too close together. My wife and I were seated at a table that was inches away from another family. It was very awkward, and we ended up leaving without ordering.
