Ordered 7 entrees for delivery on a Sunday, total bill was not disclosed to us when ordering complete, nor did the person taking our order inform us that a 2$/entree delivery fee would be charged. When we got the food there was 1 entree missing. I called and spoke to the manager/owner who stated that he would bring the missing order if we would RETURN ONE OF THE OTHER ORDERS!!??!! The manager stated that the missing order had not been paid for...I paid the delivery man 70$ cash for a 63$ order, that makes all ordered food paid for. The money I paid more than covered the food costs, I think he should have covered the delivery costs and delivered the missing orders, but he absolutely refused to work with us on this. He refused to balk on his stance that he does not have to dislcose if there is a delivery fee. On the up side...the food was good, too bad everyone was a little upset to be able to enjoy it fully.
Not worth it. The waiter was nice, but completely ignored us after he put the plates in front of us. Took 15 minutes to get our credit card back. I thought the tofu was cooked nicely, but my husband's green curry chicken just wasn't that good. My spicy garlic basil noodles was bland and had no sauce. The corn coconut soup that came out before our meal was good. Better than Sweet Basil, worse than Swing Noodle.
This place is AWESOME. The best Thai food anywhere. Real authentic taste with bold rich flavors. The seafood is to die for. The duck is incredible. I have tried almost everything on menu and it all rocks! My favorite is Sweet chili, 3 peppers, EXCELLENT!
Mediocre at best. Went with two co-workers. We usually eat thai at least twice a month and usually go to Sweet Basil, but saw Andaman's new location and thought we would give it a try. Had the drunken veggies, very bland. Both companions had green curry four. Both said it was very bland and had the heat of a two rather than four. Would recommend Sukho-Thai over this place.
the husband and i ate here tonight after reading the other reviews and we are glad we did! he had the green curry fried rice and i got the spicy basil noodles and they were excellent. having read the other reviews we made it a point to get the coconut custard and i almost died it was so good! we will definitely be back often to andaman.
Great Thai food!! In fact, this is some of the best Thai food that I have had anywhere in the metroplex! Do not miss the coconut custard...it has the consistency of a fine creme brulee and the flavor of your favorite coconut cream pie. A++++++++
Great place. Very inviting atmosphere. Great place to go on a date and the food is incredible. Definately one of the best places to eat Thai food in the metroplex. Prices are very reasonable, and the amount of food is just right.
