Our server engaged in what we believed to be a friendly conversation with us, as we were deciding what to order. Specifically mentioning that my lunch partner was allergic to shrimp & shell fish, ordering the chicken low mein, she was in fact served a plate of shrimp low mein. When we confronted our waitress, she gave me her personal cell phone number, and she asked me to call her, as my partner was having an allergic reaction at that moment. I rushed my partner to her doctor, requiring medical attention and a shot. My partner couldn't sleep that evening, was tired and miserable the day after, and sore from the shot three days afterwards. I text the waitress, and all she had to say was sorry. I told her to inform her boss, but when I came by days later, she had never done so. I spoke directly to him, showed her personal number she gave me, and the text messages between us regarding this issue. How else would you really rate this place, if this happened to you? My partner and I were having a pretty good day until deciding to eat at JinJin 88. I'd rather eat at Lin's Asian Cusine II in Panama City Beach, Florida. By far one of the best Chinese/Japanese resaurant I've been to and ate at. Nicely appointed dishes, great food, petite yet inviting atmosphere. The one thing I feel needs improvement is the waitresses service, not saying it's bad, just not as friendly as it could and should be. One of my favorite dish is the Beef Negimaki... Yummm! Their Bento Boxes are well appointed, filling and reasonable. You're in for a treat when you eat at Lin's Asian Cusine II!
