Food was not bad but service was TERRIBLE. I could hear a female in the kitchen screaming at the top her lungs for the need of plates in the kitchen. It sounded like bloody murder! I took my daughter and best friend, along with my younger son, to eat for their birthdays. We were served our food without utensils and asking the server for them was like pulling teeth. She shot me a crazy look and when she finally brought them she offered no apology. I told her we were celebrating my daughter and best friends birthday. About 30 minutes later she brought out a weary looking and sounding team to sing the song and placed my bill on the table and left. My kids (as well as my friend and I) were looking forward to dessert. We ordered rather lightly to make sure we had room. Well, it was never offered. Not even the free dessert they used to give you for a birthday. My kids were really disappointed, and I tried to make it better by telling them I'd stop by Sonic for ice cream on the way home. It didn't measure up in their eyes. Thanks to Shanda T and your work mates for such a disappointing dining experience. I shouldn't have even left the sorry $3.00 tip.
