Cilantro Indian Cuisine, Tampa

Overall poor quality food. The Goat Rogan Josh was partly cold in some part, looked like poorly microwaved food. The garlic nan was stale and reheated. The time to serve was 45 min. Waiter was not friendly with a attitude. Price was on high end. I will never go there again. Its a kind of a rip off. Stay away folks....

I've haven't had sucha good Indian food in a while, real Indian taste without coloring you finger nails. Something unusual than regular desi restaurant, the live stalls make it different experience in general. Servers are really good and know what they are doing. I go to cilantro at least twice a month since it has opened, and I haven’t had a single complain besides the water served being so cold. Totally recommend this restaurant.

Service: It took more than 45 min to get our food from the time we ordered it. The food wasn't made from scratch, but the naan & paratha was fresh I had to admit. We had to ask to get water. I asked for side of green chiles, but never received them. I didn't bother to tell the waiter since he seemed overworked. Food: The chicken vindaloo was advertised in the menu as chicken breast, but it was actually dark meat and very chewy and hard and very tangy. Next, the Paneer Butter Masala was sour, each bite left a tart aftertaste in our mouth. Kind of like, they put orange juice in the tomato gravy. The masala dosa filling lacked flavor and didn't have the punch or taste of a traditional s. indian restaurant. Ambience: They kept playing Baar Baar Din Aye Happy Birthday very loudly since it was someone's birthday. Kind of like a mexican restaurant......cheesy! All in all, this was average, nothing to write home about, if you have money to spend then go there, if you don't then try elsewhere!

Outstanding! Food is amazing! Well prepared, flavored perfectly. They do a great job of presenting the layered and complimentary spices that this culture is known for. The layout of the area gives you a nearly completely personal dining area. Only downside to this ( and it is very minor ) is that the layout means it is difficult for the staff to be there at all times. Having your own dining area ( nearly ) is an excellent plus to this experience. A must for Indian food lovers!

Best Indian in the area. The food is a tad more expensive, but if you're looking for Indian, you know what you're getting into. The lunch buffet is a good place to start, and I believe is only like $9 and is a steal at that price!

By far the food is the best in the area and service is awesome. I asked few of my friends who have visited there and they all loved this place. The food is more expensive but it is worth it.
