Great Food & People, The service is wonderful and it's a nice atmosphere, very hard working People, the salsa is really good, try a combo Dinner. Maybe find a chica necesitado de un tarjeta verde, también!

Great food and service. We often go for lunch breaks because it is affordable and fast service will get you back to work on time. It also has a nice bar area with specials. The atmosphere is nice, the tables and booths are clean along with the bathrooms. The menu has standard Tex Mex items you would expect plus some great other specialties you have to try. I have never been unhappy with any meal I have eaten there. Yummy!

Their grilled dishes are the best. While I prefer El Rincon for more standard Mex fare, this is my personal choice for carne asada and pollo asada. In addition to Minard's, this is one of the area restaurants to which I would take a visiting friend or family member. Odd complaint: if you get a Caucasian server, the service is lacking.

My daughter and I just happened to be here as a pass through. I must say we really enjoyed the food.They were very generous and provided everything we ask for. The cost was very reasonable. I went online to find their restaurant close to our home but it was in North Carolina. It would probably do very well in Hampton Roads. We would certainly make it a favorite.

This place is really good. I always get Texas fajitas Yummy! It is a little expensive for mexican food, but it is still cheaper than Applebees or Chilis. And the service it excellent. I went 4/23 and they had a mariachi band-how cool is that! in West Virginia! I love it and it reminds be of home. I am from Texas.
