I witnessed the Owner of this establishment yell and scream at another customer because the customer said that the order was incorrect. Well, stuff like that happens all the time and it is the responsibility of the staff or owner to fix the problem... the Owner and waitor/waitress is NOT suppose to yell at the customer as if it is the customer's fault! Yuki Sushi's staff and ESPECIALLY the owner really need attitude adjustments because the way they treat the customers is TERRIBLE!! I will NO longer give them business and I encourage other people to do the same. Tracie is a mean, evil human being. The Owner of this restaurant needs to fix her attitude because she will lose a lot of business because of how badly she treats the customers!
Best Place to go - I love this family style restaurant. Go you won't be disappointed. The food is always fresh, if not the cook will toss, have seen him do it. Awesome, clean, start with a soup, salad, your entre' and desert. Wow and for a great price.
Closed during the middle of day from between lunch and dinner.
I went to Yuki Sushi with a large group (4 adults & 4 children). We ordered bento boxes, udon, and a number of rolls. The rolls came out first and they were very good. Then the bento boxes and udon came out and everyone was very happy and very full when we finished!
The waiters were very good and the service was good as well. One of our waiters suggested the fried bananas with green tea ice cream and that was very good as well. The price was very reasonable. All in all, it was a great experience.
