Our chef came from Japan about 10 years ago. She had been cooking for her family for a very long time, now she wants to provide her homemade style Japanese dishes to everyone in town. We have had the restaurant over 7 years, and we have been very successful. We make our own Teriyaki sauce, miso based dressing, curry sauce, yakisoba sauce, and use very fresh ingredients. We offer the best Japanese food with very reasonable price. Our sushi is very fresh and prepared at the time of order. There are no other restaurants like ours in Grand Junction.
