When we moved to FL from NJ I was estatic to find a pizza that was really good with great crust & not commercial. Until recently we took every visitor there & raved about their pizza to our co-workers, neighbors(many who had never eaten there previously) & friends. Recently, I ordered & paid for a chicken ceasar salad from Zacs & when I got home & opened it, there was no chicken. I called to let them know so that I may return the salad & have the chicken I paid for added. They had the audacity to request I pay them more money to add the chicken I had already paid for. I told them I didn't think that was right to have to pay extra for something they had gotten wrong. I returned & they had already made another salad which I checked before leaving. When I began eating it, I realized the chicken had a foul smell & taste. I immediately called to let them know & they yelled at me to just bring it back then & slammed the phone down. I returned the salad & the owner told me I was wrong & was very displeased when I requested my money. After trying to speak to him quietly so that others wouldn't hear what was being said & having him be as arrogantly rude as the person on the phone, I thought that was the best route. They will NEVER receive my patronage again & I have spread the word of their poor customer service to everyone I know in the area. Good luck & check your food for accuracy & freshness.
