I've been to Rumi twice now. The first time was wonderful - surprising tastes, interesting presentation, great service. We could have dined on just the first appetizer - flat bread with three different dips. Everything was terrific.
The second time was not quite as spectacular, although still pretty good. The highlight was a brown butter almond creme brulee. We did leave the second time feeling like we had overpaid a bit, which was not true the first time around.
